1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the GulfVPN application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
GulfVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through secure servers. The service is available in free and premium (subscription) tiers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GulfVPN. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GulfVPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use GulfVPN to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in hacking, phishing, spamming, or any malicious activity.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks.
We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Free Tier
The free tier provides limited VPN access supported by advertisements.
5.2 Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions remove ads and unlock all servers. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis.
5.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
6. No-Log Guarantee
GulfVPN does not log your browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, or IP addresses assigned during VPN sessions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
GulfVPN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Compatibility with all devices or networks.
- Suitability for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the VPN service will bypass all geo-restrictions or censorship systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jotun Techs shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GulfVPN.
- Loss of data, profits, or business.
- Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
GulfVPN integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Firebase, and OneSignal. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to GulfVPN are the property of Jotun Techs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GulfVPN at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of GulfVPN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or by updating the effective date above.
